Our studio's tucked away on King West, and we've spent the better part of a decade figuring out how to make buildings that don't just look good in photos - though they do - but actually make sense for the people using 'em every day. Whether it's a heritage building that needs some love or a ground-up commercial project, we're all about creating spaces that'll still feel right ten years down the line.

This family wanted room to grow without leaving their neighborhood. We opened up the main floor and added a second story that doesn't look like an afterthought.

1890s warehouse turned mixed-use space. Kept the bones, updated everything else. That brick's seen things, and we made sure it'll see a lot more.

And no, it's not just a marketing angle. We've been pushing sustainable design since before it was cool - LEED certifications, passive house principles, all that jazz. Climate change is real, buildings use tons of energy, and we figured we should probably do something about it.
